      Having worked in the healthcare industry for 30 years, I can honestly say that this company has brought out the best in me. Enjoin promotes personal and professional growth and provides learning opportunities so that we may effectively assist our clients. We work remotely in a supportive team atmosphere. Our management team is always available and our physicians share their abundance of knowledge with us and our clients. The salary and benefits are outstanding! The annual retreat is a time for all of us to meet and enjoy time together as a work family. Very generous 100% remote Flexible schedule CE hours Career growth Excellent leadership and physician team Highly respected in the industry This is my dream job!

      Company growth has outpaced leadership development. Management team has minimal understanding of good business practices, as evidenced by a very high turnover rate. Employees are paid very well, leveraging them to remain within a toxic environment.
