Great benefits including 401 match.Excellent environment with adequate supplies and equipment to care for the patient.always maintain the safe nurse to patient ratio with additional clinical support.highly qualified physicians.
Cons
No windows in cafeteria or nurses break rooms. Empty cafe space not being utilized with large windows. n Nurses have to pay for hospital sponsored programs and ceu,s ,including ACLS and PALS certification unless you are in a critical care area.
