Very unprofessional staff, training isn't existent, and coaches inform you of incorrect procedures. Work doesn't follow proper guidelines nor standard operating procedures. Numerous forms bounce back and forth between computer systems and outdated fax machines. No systematic process. Numerous physicians providing same documentation many times when the office staff have the appropriate information. Severe lack of communication between providers, staff, and injured workers. Company is constantly changing names and software which appears to be hodge-podged together causing all kinds of errors in submitting proper claims and case notes to the state for approval and reimbursement. Duplicate procedures due to no accountability. Numerous documents stamped as copies when originals and names of the documents are documented incorrectly. Division of workload not appropriately distributed throughout the team.

They have been sued for unfair wage and labor practice. They misclassify a field case manager employee as exempt to deprive that employee of legally required overtime pay. They dump cases to you. Work you like a horse. Cheap with office supplies orders and that says about the company overall. The managers are micro managers and they don’t advocate for you. They think of you as a working animal, labor camp. It is publicly company and all they are are shareholder profits. Terrible. Lot of people left.
