The co-workers are wonderful. The Job itself is rewarding.
Cons
Reimbursement for mileage is held for greater than 30 days. If you take paid time off (vacation) you are required to make up those hours in your monthly billing. Example 160 hours of billing required in 1 month. You take 80 hours PTO you have to work 80 hours in the 2 weeks that you have left in the month to make up for the hours you were on vacation. If you bill over the required 160 hours, you are reimbursed $12.00 per hour when your hourly salary is $35.00 which is not only not time and a half, it is not even straight time.
