      It’s a paycheck……..barely. Can’t really think of anything else.

      Lots and lots of cons. Pay attention to the reviews telling you how horrible this work environment is because those are the true and honest reviews. I am convinced that the 5 star reviews are fake. Or at least the majority of them are. If you see their ratings starting to come down you will then see a big spike in the posting of a lot of positive 5 star reviews. I worked here for over 14 years and everything just kept getting worse. If you work here for over a couple of years you will feel like you’ve been to hell and back and have PTSD!!!

      Pros

      Remote work available for some, benefits pretty good.

      Cons

      Pay is low and raises are few are far between. Not honest with employees. They will tell you something and then a short time later completely reverse position without notice. Job security is shaky, depending on the whims of ivory tower management who don't really know how the day-to-day works.
