Cons
Leaders are not familiar with what job actually entails yet making workflow decisions blindly. Your opinion does not matter. At present there is mass exodus due to lack of leadership. Too many chiefs, not enough indians. You are horribly overworked here, expected to work while on PTO & weekends, evenings. No quality of life balance. I worked for this company for over 13 years. Loved the first 10 until merger & new leaders. No room for advancement here. It's not what you know but who you know. Run away, don't walk. Pay is decent but so not worth it! Profits are the only thing that matters here. Your hard work will not be appreciated. Current morale is terrible. They need to replace middle management. I am not sure top leadership will recognize this until no one is left! Really sad to watch my company imploding!
