workload without consideration of time input, expect to do work extra to compensate for PTO ...you will never have it working it off before and after your period away because there is no coverage plan in place, if you dont - get dinged for noncompliance with job description

The people I worked with were like family and one of a kind, benefits were alright.

Cons

Supervisors were either in office or worked from home so it was up to the team leads to figure things out if supervisors couldn’t be reached
