Pros

My coworkers were the only positive.

Cons

If you like Micromanagement, superfluous billing, disingenuous management, cap on travel, sabotage of work/life balance, working for free, zero training with no educational opportunity, mandatory extracurriculars without compensation, sink or swim business model with minimal concern for the success of the case manager or injured worker, and a “bonus” plan that only benefits upper management then this job is for you!

Pros

Some flexibility with work schedule.

Cons

Salaried position. Leadership has very unrealistic expectations and does not know the job a field nurse case manager does. No work-life balance. Leadership expects employees to take their computers and work phones with them on vacation "so you don't come back to a mess" while on PTO. Immediate leadership tone deaf to staff feedback. No communication with anyone other than immediate leadership. Little to no training.
