Pros

Some flexibility with work schedule.

Cons

Salaried position. Leadership has very unrealistic expectations and does not know the job a field nurse case manager does. No work-life balance. Leadership expects employees to take their computers and work phones with them on vacation "so you don't come back to a mess" while on PTO. Immediate leadership tone deaf to staff feedback. No communication with anyone other than immediate leadership. Little to no training.

Working from home, Bonus and trayel reimbursement

Cons

This Company should work on keeping case managers and stop throwing cases at us and not caring about our work quality and mental health. The system they employ is a recipe for burn out. Remember we are your customers as well and your reputation in this industry is formed from inside out.
