      - Good work/life balance - Remote work allows for flexible schedules - Some positions have unlimited time off - 1-2 in-person team events per year - Week-long internal professional development conference

      Cons

      - Poor management - Unimpactful work (Especially in marketing) - Messy workflows post mergers/acquisitions - Little to no opportunities for growth - Conservative pay compared to other similar organizations (poor annual bonuses; sometimes only 1%) - Limited company holidays (only 7) - A lot of the senior leadership were entitled, rude and awful to work with * Be sure to look up Mitchell International for more reviews as the company transitioned to Enlyte only in the past 4 years

      Won’t provide training Negative feedback only culture Upper management constantly talk over people Very hypocritical culture Work PT hours so many meetings scheduled later in the day and there is no care for if someone is in a different time zone Expected to be accountable for things one isn’t involved in Very much a CYA business, I was warned to ensure I covered my a** on all things
