I can safely say that I have not worked with a more intelligent and supporting team than what I have at Enova. I started working here three years ago when I was looking to make a pivot in my career. I was previously supporting legacy infrastructures and applications at a large enterprise and wanted to work in the cloud and with more "bleeding edge" technologies. Enova gave me the opportunity to come in and learn this new tech and support me along the way (with little hands on, production experience but with a huge drive to want to learn). They accomplished this in a variety of ways; by putting me on teams where I would have strong mentors and supporting me in the pursuit of AWS certifications, technical trainings, attending conferences, etc. On top of all of this, I do not view my team as "co-workers" but as true friends. I know this sounds cliche but it is true. The people that you work with is insanely important and I can definitely say that I could not ask for a better team. We help each other in the work-world but also support each other as friends as well. This makes for a very strong work environment.
