- As everyone says, best work life balance. Loop office! - Big on diversity & inclusion - Lots of opportunities within the company for growth including inter-departmental exchanges & transfer programs - We adopt new and evolving technologies hence you will never be working on outdated tech stack - You will learn how credit reporting works, loan cycle, payments etc which will give you a different and valuable perspective of your own financial standings. - Last but not the least, the people. We have got some amazingly talented and friendly folks. We have many fun social events like team outing, team lunches and company events every month.

Cons

- Individual promotions can be a bit challenging since you are the one to drive it and own it's course. - Wish there was more internal hiring for open positions like for SE managers. - Compensation could be better. But isn't that always the case ;)
