Pros

Enova is a great place to work. Plenty of perks. A nice atmosphere and challenging projects.

Cons

Enova is an ambitious and fast paced company. Sometimes on some of our larger projects this can lead to a feeling of being rushed. Sometimes we should work on doing things in a more measured pace.

- You get a lot of support from managers to advance your career - Managers listen and act on your concerns - Recognition from peers when deserved - Tech talks every week to learn from other's experiences - Good work/life balance - Summer Fridays.

Cons

- Could have more food options on the kitchen - Not very diverse on programming languages
