I started working at Enova in July of 2019 and I have greatly enjoyed my time being part of this great team. Enova is such an open and honest working environment that you do not have to hide your true self! The benefits are absolutely amazing and that was one of the draws that wanted me to become part of the team here. If you have any questions or concerns there is always someone to talk to, to try and figure out a answer for you!!! Overall I have loving my time here and hope to continue my employment here for years to come!!!

Cons

Right now the only downside to working here is we are working from home, and i would much rather be in the office, but i was so impressed how they were able to get everyone set up to work from home during the Covid-19 pandemic, so overall i honestly do not have a bad thing to say about my experience with Enova!!!

Pros

Great learning environment, solid perks and benefits. People are great, and we have transition to all working from home during Covid really well. Work life balance is a big consideration, and accounted for.

Cons

Depending on your team, you might do primarily Ruby. Not sure how easy promotions on a "non management" track will be.
