      - Positive trainers. Comfortable work environment. - Flexible schedule, no dress code, lots of free snacks and food - You get to work with some really smart people in a fast paced environment. - Opportunities to advance within company.

      - You may or may not find yourself well compensated here. If you start off with a low salary, it can be hard to increase it fast enough to match your competence. - Experience can vary depending on the P&L
