      Pros

      Great Perks (food...open offices). You are invited to learn new things & develop yourself.

      Cons

      Very busy. It's a very angry judgemental company where yelling and swearing between employees is the norm (not just in one department...widespread). Tight deadlines and a lot of hard work. They are not organized, so a lot of unnecessary work is needed & many different standards exists. It's impossible to enact change. There are hundreds of half completed & abandoned projects everywhere. The other reports of bed-bugs are exaggerated & this is no longer an issue. Make sure you know what the company actually does (cashnetusa.com is their main brand) before you apply. Some are OK with it...others not.

      Pros

      Enova is still young enough for there to be lots of room for growth if you're talented and work hard. There's lots of free food, and nice incentives to stay once you've been there for a few years. Overall, the company culture is good and you'll like working at Enova if you like and respect your manager.

      Cons

      You may or may not find yourself well compensated here. If you start off with a low salary, it can be hard to increase it fast enough to match your competence.
