      Pros

      Working at Enova has been an amazing experience so far. I've got to work and get experience with new and interesting technologies, participate on company wide initiatives that are great both for me to grow within the company, and as a professional overall. It's a company where you can really feel that you have a career roadmap, with a plan to advance to the next level that is closely followed by your manager to see what you’re doing well and where you should improve. The office has a cool vibe with great coworkers and perks like coffee (as a software engineer, it’s a must have), food and sweets!

      Cons

      I'm not working in the main office, so I don't get to see and meet everyone else, which made a little harder to get acquainted with everyone.

      Good tech company

      Pros

      Overall, it is a good tech company with a good learning culture. Enova welcome software engineers with different background and create a training program for all engineers at all level. People here are nice and smart. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Promotion is hard to earn, even though it met the 'qualification checklist'. Most of my co-workers concern about the same thing. Salary is about average within the software/tech industry, which makes easier for people to move to another company than waiting for a promotion.

We offer a match for employee donations and employees are able to take an official volunteer day to support organizations close to them.
