Pros
They have an emphasis on keeping you informed on the big picture, breakroom bonuses like free food and taking lots of breaks.
Cons
They will change your schedule at their convenience, pay you less per hour because you get 1.5 for your overtime (which is built in for 12 hour shifts), and expect you to be available and connected even on your days off. Communication is sorely lacking and no one is on the same page. The higher ups are not concerned with how stressful they make working the line to be. Problems are only acknowledged or fixed when they inconvenience the wrong person. Suggestions and requests are only taken seriously if they come from a man with a big degree.
