Favorite company I have worked for in the Bay Area

Pros

I worked at three other Bay Area battery companies and this is my favorite, so I decided to stay. I have worked with non graphite based materials for secondary batteries for most of my career and I fell in love with the unique technology on day one. The company has provided great opportunities to learn about secondary batteries and advance knowledge in an exciting field.

Cons

At times can be disorganized and still has startup vibes. Abrupt management or personnel changes. Project timelines can be overly aggressive.
