Management is rather shady at this company

Cons
Management only trusts people who worked previously at Form Factor or IBM. If you are from an outside circle, it is very difficult to get traction to run your projects. In my experience management is shady they advertise temporary positions as permanent to get experts in the company to purchase production equipment and processes and soon after the purchase is complete they will find lame excuses to fire the employee without any reasonable cause. Product is a longer lasting lithium ion battery but the cycle life with their current design does not meet industrial standard. I found that members of the management has trouble understanding simple excel charts and microscope pictures. They do have a few good engineers in the company but they are all stuck in a rut and locked in a endless improvement on a product that has no potential of being a high volume battery.
