      Pros

      Challenging and interesting problems to solve. There are smart engineers and good people. You could have a good work-life balance depending on your boss and which team you are in.

      Cons

      The Fab team is run by politicians and clowns. There is no transparency about what's going on. Morale in the team is extremely low. We are losing good people. C-level executives are either blind or decide to turn a blind eye to the situation. And they wonder why the company is having a hard time retaining good people.
