      None at this time at all, this company is fake and does not value it's employee work life balance at all. It is all about the money.

      Cons

      This company is horrible, which is very disappointing.

      Lots of growing pains. Overworked, underpaid, understaffed

      Work from home flexibility 4 weeks front loaded PTO

      Cons

      No 401k match, lots of management turnover, all the good bosses I’ve had have all left for greener pastures. The bad management stay and continue to cause problems for everyone. The only bonuses that you get are if you’re entire service line meets all quarterly goals. Which we’ve missed goal multiple times 0.5% or less PTO doesn’t carry over and not paid out. Use it or lose it
