Pros

I've only been with the company a short time and the atmosphere is on fire. Everyone I've worked with or around is positive, excited, and ready to make big changes in revenue cycle. The leadership is engaged and I've seen programs in place proving the company is invested in their employees and wants them to succeed.

Cons

None so far, will evaluate again at 6 months.

Pros

Absolutely none. It's all politics here.

Cons

Low pay, impossible metrics, no stable hours.

Ensemble Health Partners Response

Every once in a while a review like this comes in and I think the best move is just to say: I’m sorry it wasn’t a good fit. But I hate thinking that a great talent is out there looking into Ensemble and they happen to come across this review. Here’s the thing: Bottom line, our compensation packages are competitive (we have them regularly evaluated by third party reviewers). We start entry-level associates with strong comp packages and we have a 25% higher internal promotion rate than industry benchmark. Compensation is explained right up front, nothing hidden. If it’s a fit we’re off to the races. If it’s not, we really need to rely on prospective hires to make choices that work for their lives. As for hours, we run 8-5 for most hourly positions - plain and simple. For associates who demonstrate solid work performance we offer flex-time schedules to give folks even more control. I think it’s also important to point out that we have communication and escalation channels for any and every issue and concern that an associate might be dealing with. It goes all the way to the top. My door is always open and I welcome emails anytime (ShareWithShannon@EnsembleHP.com. Ensemble is a place where associate voices are empowered. If you don’t speak up we can’t do anything to create a better situation for you. And just to be clear, an anonymous 1-star review with deriding remarks doesn’t count as speaking up. Finally, the metrics. You don’t get recognized as the best RCM company doing the same thing that that everybody else does. We work hard, deliver exceptional results for our clients and reward associates that go above and beyond. We’ve been recognized with nearly every award this industry offers, and we are “closing the doors,” but only because we have to move to a new state-of-the art facility to accommodate our growth. Wishing you growth in whatever you pursue.

Pros

They encourage personal and professional growth and development. Leaders encourage ideas and suggestions from everyone. Quarterly Town Hall Meetings everyone is included in. Incentive pay for company meeting quarterly goals. I feel I can trust management here.

Cons

Working some rotating weekends and having to make up for holiday time off (but this is health care and becoming the norm everywhere).
