I am a full-time, remote employee who had zero background in healthcare when I started working here. Ensemble has provided all of the tools, training and support that I need in order to succeed! I am constantly learning new things everyday and I look forward to learning so much more. Even though I work from home, the excitement, positive attitude and passion is displayed daily through the employees and through the leaders of this company. Ensemble also does an amazing job supporting the various communities in which it's employees reside. I am thrilled that I made the career switch!

Ensemble Health Partners is a great place to work. The team is hard working and passionate. They are passionate about delivering for the client. They genuinely care about the associates. I have been able to learn and grow with the company in a supportive environment. I am so glad I became part of the Ensemble team.

Cons

I currently do not have any con's. In my experience, Ensemble has been very open minded to feedback and then adjust as/if needed.
