      This company is growing fast. But it's not for everyone. If you are a hard worker and are ready to invest in yourself. Patience and determination will open doors for you. Associate led groups and committees add to the culture of this company. Very welcoming to innovators and idealists.

      This company is so big it's hard to meet everyone. But the associates you do get to know are are great to work with. The company is growing so fast that things can change quickly. You have to be ready to roll with the chaos this brings. Turn over can happen fast for people looking for short cuts and expectations of rewards without effort.

      Option for flexible hours, great development opportunities. Leadership has open door policy and I always feel like my opinion is welcome and valued.

      New(ish) and growing company comes with some growing pains however, it is a great opportunity for growth and development in all areas!
