      terrible pay, no growth, no raises, production rates are impossible if you are working on anything OON. I hated this job so much.

      Pros

      Equipment provided, cute gifts during holidays, a few good colleagues. Few good managers who have a great spirit and passion for the company.

      Direct communication is not clear, blatant discrimination, childish behavior.
