My leadership is top notch. They genuinely care about each individual and it’s not just lip service, you know it comes from the heart. I feel blessed to have landed in this department.

Cons

I was a little disheartened that I couldn’t cover my spouse under my health insurance since I carried family coverage and he hardly ever goes to the doctor. Also the lack of medical coverage for weightloss assistance is a problem since some people need medical intervention which will in turn make them healthier and use the insurance less in the long run. I get it it’s expensive but I would like to see someone run numbers on obesity related health issues vs the cost of helping someone get to a healthy weight.
