      Great mid experience position but difficult work

      Percentage based wage increases annually and for promotions, best offered insurance in industry, certification program is paid by company, very hard working lower level management

      Cons

      Difficult workload (expect lots of escalated calls due to nature of work, hospital billing, and current hold times), pay structure means raises/promotions feel very small at first, constant backlog of work despite rapid up staffing

      I did enjoy the various projects, ability to work different accounts, and opportunities.

      Cons

      This was a great concept of an employer. People first, last, and always. However, it is only that, a concept.
