      Cons

      They would rather hire someone with no experience at a starting wage of $15.00 per hour than invest in their current employees. The lowball offers even evidence of how much one should make based on years of experience and additional education acquired.

      Work from Home Flexibility with schedule Great medical benefits and plentiful PTO

      Cons

      Wages are not competitive. Lower ranking employees made more than I based on the region they lived in. Minimal training Depending on who you report to, micromanagement is a HUGE issue.
