We offer remote work opportunities and flex scheduling to foster a healthy work-life balance. We also offer many different training programs so associates can grow professionally. Additionally, Ensemble has an employee assistance fund to help associates facing unexpected hardships. We work hard, but we also offer many opportunities for associates to have a little fun, including a lip sync battle and a holiday party. Always changed shifts, management was horrible, unorganized, no team moral, people always leaving
