      The company offers good healthcare benefits for this time

      Cons

      staffing concerns have moved to scheduling, including removing employees from their established teams and into that department. Anytime anyone leaves from a department, such as Authorizations, the position is moved overseas.

      We all are scared we will make the least mistake and end up getting half-marks against us. The regime is too rigid.
