Pros
used to have pros, but this has been outweighed by managers [literally] throwing their weight about. It is like a communist news reel here, what happens on the ground - to what is released to others are two completely different things.
Cons
The US board has old timers on it that are near to retirement - nothing wrong with that other than for when a business objective so happens to overlap with something that they once dealt with [or were supposed to] and so you are then barraged with negative hurdles that you do not realise what you are taking on or that what you intend is impossible - rather than offering support or other. Further, there are somewhat ultimatums being given out about leaving positive reviews on here and in light of this here is my review.
