Pros

Good place to be at, specially if you are from mainframe background. As far as i know, all mainframe projects coming to Wipro, will be handled by Ensono for next 5 years. The top management(India) was changed for good and its giving all extra effort for Ensono's success in India. You can grow faster here compared to other top brands in India, because of their strict policies(increment, promotion, etc).

Cons

There always remains an uncertainty with small organisation's future. Things did look bleak early on during Wipro DCS transition(which is expected), but organisation seems to be on right path now with their intent to succeed.
