      Good hours and not a far drive

      Terrible company to work for Management forms cliques like it is high school and will only listen to select people Management does not listen to advice of members in order to improve efficiency

      Pros

      Start up, great CEO, and most of the exec team are great to work for and with. The employees are a great people. It's a fast paced environment and is consistently changing, which I liked. The vibe was overall positive. Great opportunity to get in on the ground floor and watch the company flourish.

      Cons

      The policies need work, some of the executive team needs to work on how they deliver messages to employees as they are known to be rude and disrespectful. To get the best out of people encouragement works best. Verbal abuse and tearing down employees is not the way to inspire people.

      Can't think of any pro's.

      Cons

      Appears as though management only cares about their investment in the company and are waiting to cash out. Operational support tools are archaic for troubleshooting customer issues and their Data Centers are very old and experience service interruptions. Stressful micromanaged environment that after a few months you wish you worked somewhere else. Don't buy into their talking points - it's just that.
