      Competitive salary and good benefits.

      Cons

      Understaffed, bait & switch for the position you apply, management unconcerned with employee's hours (although they talk a good talk about work-life balance), on-call almost always, very slow to replace departing staff, way too many clients per group, boast how much new business they bring in, but don't increase staff (been this way for years) and India is their savior... Ooodles of incapable staff that are not allowed access to U.S. based clients, takes months to get logon access to many clients. I could go on. Was a mistake coming here.

      Lots of smart, dedicated people.

      Cons

      Lots of smart, dedicated people head for the door, and for good reason. HR expressed no interest in the reasons for my departure. "Planning" isn't planning if it's done after the fact, particularly when it comes to acquisitions. So do your homework, and maybe find some people on LinkedIn who used to work there to get their insight.

      Unlimited PTO for management level employees.

      Was part of the Wipro DCS acquisition. It was clear from the beginning that purchase was all about getting a foothold in the India market and slowly divesting away from the onshore resources. Terrible healthcare options, that does not allow you to cover spouse if she/he works for a company that offers healthcare. High deductible plans. Senior leaders out of touch with the rank and file.
