      Pros

      - Big enough to be productive and impactful in the industry while small enough to still make an individual impact in the company. - The support from executive leadership is so much more than mere lip-service. - Ensono takes DEI seriously - I can honestly say at the end of the day, I'm proud of the work I've done; and it gets recognized.

      I'd really have to nit-pick to come up with any cons.

      Pros

      Working for Ensono, I am fortunate to have a leader who not only focuses on Client Sat, but also focuses on Associates overall well being and balance. I feel that I am considered important and my opinion matters.

      It takes a village to get things done and sometimes it just takes a while to get things done.

      Leadership team is awesome Open to new ideas/process improvement/streamlining Lots of opportunity, really in to hiring from within

      Lots of moving parts, multiple projects going at the same time. Standard growing pains.
