Excellent Place to Work
Pros
WORK/LIFE BALANCE! Remote-work is the norm here at Ensono, and little to no travel required for most positions. Ensono provides unbelievable flexibility for associates. Individuals get unlimited paid time off, no accruals, just request time when needed. Paid maternity/paternity leave is provided. A sabbatical program is available to associates with five or more years of service, allowing those associates to take an extended break. Associates are paid well. Pay is twice a month, there bonuses and merit increases provided regularly. Ensono also prioritizes improving the situation, responsibilities, training and general professional development of their associates. There are a handful of leadership or fellowship programs to target and reward hardworking individuals at the Company and help them progress their careers. There are also a many different reward and recognition programs. Ensono supports hundreds of well-known organizations with their IT solutions. It is great knowing that the work we do can help to improve people's lives for not only associates of Ensono, but customers of our clients as well. As a small organization in this IT space, individuals can make an impact on the business no matter their role. Another benefit of being in a smaller/growing company is that you can have a larger impact and may have more opportunity to take on larger projects and leave your mark. People are very professional and passionate. This starts with the executive team who meet twice a month for Town Hall meetings with the Company to talk about the direction and accomplishments of the organization. It is great working in a positive culture where I know that I can make a difference every day and that I am recognized for my efforts. The time allowed to spend with my family is something that I have not yet found anywhere. This is the best place to work.
Cons
The company is still quite young and still working on becoming a bit more systematic. Therefore, it can be a challenge to find answers to some abnormal questions.
