      Pros

      I have just finished a 31 day, fully paid sabbatical which has been amazing - this is such an awesome benefit and my time off with family and friends has been invaluable.

      Cons

      The only downside is how I will use the rest of my 30 days annual leave this year (which increases with length of service). What a nice problem to have! :)
