      Pros

      Having the flexibility to explore different career options while being afforded time to balance work and life has made working for Ensono an amazing experience. More than that, there is a concerted effort toward promoting a more inclusive work environment with various DEI community groups lead by passionate individuals. The benefits, company culture, and ability to work remote/hybrid has made it difficult to ever want to leave!

      Cons

      Being in a face-paced company, it can prove difficult to stay flexible as the company adapts to everchanging demands of the market. This can lead to some stressful moments, however, there is a genuine desire to help provide stability and open communication with leadership.
