Ensono is a great place to work. The accounting/finance team and the company overall has a very good culture. The company has strong leadership in Jeff Von Deylen and Scott Grossman. They are very dedicated and involved leaders providing a great tone at the top. The company continues to grow, which provides a great opportunity for employees. Due to this growth, Ensono employees are exposed to opportunities that foster technical development. I feel that the compensation is very competitive with the overall marketplace. The company has also been hitting it's bonus targets and paying out bonuses consistently since I joined. All in all, I highly recommend Ensono and feel that it is a great place to work.

Cons

As a part of a growing company, challenging projects are natural and expected. There has surely been some tough projects, however I feel that these are truly a "pro" as these have offered me amazing development/growth opportunities. In my opinion, the challenges at Ensono have been manageable and great for my personal development. Additionally, the Ensono team comes together to support any challenging projects/initiatives...I always felt supported.
