Layer of middle management is micro managing, which just adds to the patronisation of it all. Further, no pay rises or staff development – no future….Cannot believe what this place has become. Too many directors. Thousands of bad processes that hinder business. Aggressive sales team that utterly disregard the actual managed services content. Blended job roles that seemingly require you to cover everything, from sales to deployment. Slopey shoulders, no one want to help, or pick up work - but everyone is keen to protect their precious bubble. This makes any form of team effort impossible. If you are thinking about working here, be highly cautious and prepare for 2 completely separate cultures that are badly glued together. ZERO career opportunity, and a company that has made a loss for the last 3 years.
