Pros

Flexible working, Working from home, has a car park

Cons

Sadly I found Ensono unpleasant place to work - Ensono keep acquiring other companies, doing the bare minimum merger work & then expect staff to somehow keep things up & running. The different parts of the organisation continue to pursue their own goals, often duplicating huge projects & directly contradicting each other making for conflict & huge amounts of wasted effort. It all makes for a poor place to work. The big, expensive & difficult integration work just isn’t being done. At some point the whole thing will collapse or will require a huge amount of investment to just keep the lights on. I would agree with negative points made in other reviews especially around poor culture & bad morale. I would question the validity of some of the overly positive reviews.

Pros

There are some good people in the team, but they are also just getting shafted.

Cons

Everything. Poor customer service handling, Managers appear to be out of touch with the front line, poor quality of support, care & service provided to customers. (Work is firefighting non-necessary cases, a huge majority of which is NO Value adding whats so ever to the customer, but just making work perhaps to portray to the customers that something is happening for the fees they are charged). Various 'Poor calibre employees' installed in roles across various departments, they either need weeded out by their managers or the managers need to do their job and give the necessary kick up the backside. Lots of team members constantly calling in unwell putting remaining - already understaffed - colleagues under further pressure. Clearly its the thought of coming to work in such circumstances which is stressing them out and making them feel ill - or the alternative, they just hate it and need to take the mickie sometimes and pull a sickie. Surprised this organisation is still in business, probably holding onto customers which just can't afford to review their IT deployment which has been many years with Ensono & migrate it elsewhere.

Pros

I can pay my bills

Cons

The list is too long, but just to list a few: fake reviews on glassdoor to counter balance negative reviews faking how good the company is doing and how great the culture is ( makes most people sick of even hearing it) you see people leaving almost every week, and not being replaced sales is desperate: never seen so many bad implementations and brown field migrations to us that is end of life the moment we look at it but we offer fully managed services
