My experience at Ensono Pune was disappointing and stressful. The work environment can quickly turn hostile if you don’t align or “please” your manager. Instead of constructive feedback or professional discussions, there is subtle pressure, micromanagement, and unnecessary targeting that gradually makes it difficult to survive in the role. This creates a situation where employees feel mentally harassed and indirectly forced to leave rather than being supported or treated fairly. A healthy workplace should encourage transparency, respect, and growth not fear and favoritism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
