Hybrid model, some projects don’t ask you to come to office everyday which is good.
Cons
1. No work life balance, every manager every employee works out of shift hours here and it’s a part of culture, they don’t think it’s problem and they normalised it. 2. Too much South - North politics. Most if the managers are from South which makes it difficult for people from Pune. 3. HR here are not there to listen the employee but the management. Although they show that they do care but they just ignore. 4. No ethics and manners to talk to any female employee. 5. Expect more experience and pay less salary. 6. Too much work thn you get paid.
