Cons

Mangement is heavily bloated with way too many directors and above and not enough individuals to actually execute the work. High turnover. There is a bad mentality of hiring only management from the CEO's prior employer. No clear vision of where the company is going.

There was some ok opportunity for growth in the company

The culture is severely lacking The pay is some of the lowest in the field The Senior Leadership is extremely out of touch with the employees Profit margin is the only thing on their mind and it is what affects all of the above I cannot in good conscience recommend this employer to anyone as they do not have the employee's interest in mind.
