      Pros

      Hardworking and excellent technicians; outsourcing environment exposes a technician to a lot of different solutions which can be both challenging and overwhelming!

      Cons

      Change in management with new management not having a lot of IT outsourcing services experience. Provide little to no support of employees. Ram new clients in without proper acclimation - training & process documentation.

      Cons

      Everything else from backstabbing culture to despicable lower management. Created an environment of fear and motivation through browbeating. When employees fled or were released, rarely rehired crushing the remaining members with their additional workload. Created workloads so high with no quality control, it created mistakes that you were punished for. Hard work and flawless execution didn't translate into raises, recognition, or promotion.
