Pros

The company is not against incentives. They provide incentives for making team goals on a monthly basis and payouts for individual goals. Also, working Saturday, no matter what is time and a half for all hourly employee's. The company has a great senior management team and they are always willing to go above and beyond.

Cons

Vacation is great but trying a take a day off, forget it! Things like "1st of the month, day after holiday, tax season so one person per your department is allowed off per day" makes it extremely difficult. Trying to plan a week away is a struggle. They give me 3 weeks of vacation starting the job but I can't even spend them all.

Pros

Ent is a place where you are able to establish a career. It is a company that teaches and allows you to grow. There are alot of great people and personalities there and diversity is welcomed. Ent will provide you with the best tools in providing Customer Service and you will feel good doing it. It is a place I dedicated 14 years of my life and hated to leave due to moving from the State, but I only hope to be so lucky to work for a company like Ent FCU.

Cons

There is really nothing bad I can say about Ent.
