Their laptop reminds me the age of 1980. Seriously Entech, please give your employee better laptops. This is the only issue I have .

Chance to develope and expand management skills (accounting, staffing,...) and opportunity to develop business in addition to gaining technical knowledge, nice and friendly environment, and competitive salary

Cons

Not much. More effort needed in assigning tasks to and evaluating employees based on their knowledge and skills.
