I've gotten generous raises and increases in responsibilities during my time The office has a dynamic environment Managers and Directors are passionate in leading junior staff

Cons

Has not been any major issues so far Projects coming my way have been interesting and diverse. Sometime there can be significant deadline pressure but that is the nature of the industry
