The company does pay on time.

Cons

This company prioritizes cost-cutting above all else, routinely favoring lower-wage workers and outsourcing opportunities over investing in experienced domestic talent. The emphasis consistently falls on minimizing expenses rather than maintaining high standards of workmanship. Those considering employment should be aware that extra effort goes unrecognized. The compensation structure offers no flexibility for overtime credit, no performance-based incentives, and no employer contribution to retirement accounts. Long-term commitment to the organization yields no additional benefits or advancement opportunities.

Lot of opportunity for growth and learning Variety of assignments across industries Good teamwork and environment for collaboration

Cons

Not every assignment will be the most exciting Fluid schedule with on-site/off-site and client travel needs to be managed

Pros

Opportunity to work remotely which was a plus. 25 PTO days

Cons

Transactional, churn and burn environment with significant turnover. Owner and CEO screams at employees and belittles them in front of team members. Hiring managers misrepresented the role to employees on multiple occasions. Management gaslights employees when called out. Focus on C2C candidates for recruiting and lowball candidates with salaries that are not even competitive. Lost a lot of business due to hiring practices and lack of quality. Most employees don't last one year and many less than a month.
